挑戰 MEGA GREEN

剛去完韓國旅行，今次是參加了某滑雪渡假村舉辦的Fun Ski。沒想過原來參加Fun Ski比一般滑雪團好玩咁多。

最難忘的，是自已膽粗粗去了一條intermediate的雪道滑雪。當時滑吓滑吓，已同朋友仔失散了，但又心癢癢好想試吓滑唔滑到intermediate。於是乎便鼓起最大勇氣，越過那條又斜又彎的shortcut，到達intermediate的Mega Green。

上到去踏出第一步，先feel到條雪道原來比想象中斜，硬著頭皮都要滑下去啦。自己花了很大氣力先令自己撐住唔沖下去，因此滑到中段已經腳仔軟晒。最後，有驚無險才到達終點。Hehe……執返身彩，諗起都覺得刺激，下次都唔知自己仲夠唔夠膽玩??

雪道是真真正正沒有U Turn，上去前要諗清楚；但有時準需要一些Gutsy才可以完成一件事。大不了，咪碌落去囉！

偶然在一本雜誌內看到b.wing 的專訪，被她的插畫及訪問內容深深吸引。 裡面提到如果地球只剩你一個人，就算你背部生了三個籃球般大的瘡也不要緊，因為無論怎樣也不會有人看到。看到這裡不禁發笑，又覺得確實很真。

可是，打從上帝創造世界，已注定我們是群體動物。沒有人可以逃避不面對人，亦好難唔去理會別人的看法。我想最重要是找到平衡，這樣才可以讓自已活得從容。
P.S. 看完訪問後，對b.wing的作品頓生好奇，決定到書局訪尋她的作品。發現她的書名叫 "If you don't want to be perfect, you've come to the right place –I will love you till you die". Oh god, I am the guy who want to be perfect......

Sangria Receipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 L Red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon)
1 cup Sugar
1 large Lemon, sliced
1 large Orange, sliced
1 large Apple, cut into thin sections
3-4 oz plain BrandySoda water

Mixing instructions:
Mix wine, sugar and fruit, and let sit in the fridge for 18-24 hours. The mixture will have a somewhat syrupy consistency. Before serving stir in brandy and cut the mixture with soda water until it have a thinner, more wine like consistency. Serve from a pitcher in wine glasses.

A History of Sangria

From its humble roots in Spain, Sangria has grown to become a popular, refreshing party drink around the world. Sangria is based on the traditional red wine punch popular across europe for hundreds of years. The punch base would be claret, i.e. Bordeaux wine from France. Brandy and fruit would be added to the punch for flavor.

Sangria is typically created from red wine, fruit juices, soda water, fruit and sometimes brandy. When making your own Sangria, use a good quality red wine, and be sure to let it chill overnight.

Sangria, a spanish red-wine punch. 一次偶然機會下經朋友介紹，之後對此party drink產生好奇；可能是愛其red wine base但又有果味及口感，最啱我呢啲鍾意甜甜哋嘅人。

之後去過幾間餐廳，發覺味道可以好參差。翻查資料，原來每間餐廳都有自已的sangria recipe，而且是一個非常individualize的drink；即是我可以因應個人喜好去調較味道。What a funny! 令我更想知道當中的ingredients，實行可以DIY 。Let's party at my place!!
